Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions for Financial Services clients. The role demands hands‑on technical leadership across workflows, integrations, data, security and performance, with responsibility for Architecture decisions and complex problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or related field.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development/architecture experience.
• Experience leading complex IT implementations in consulting.
• Excellent communication with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Guide delivery teams and ensure architecture is translated into configuration and code.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with CMAs and other architects to deliver integrated solutions.
• Travel 40–60% to meet client needs.
