Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Architect/Manager to lead the design and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions for Financial Services clients. You’ll shape architecture across workflows, integrations, data, security, and performance, guiding delivery teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, translate business needs into scalable technical designs, and drive successful outcomes in a global, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; typically 4–6 years IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development or architectural work.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM is preferred and valuable.
• Extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions; ability to lead technically complex implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Define technical architectures covering case design, integration, data flows, security and access controls.
• Own solution-level architectural decisions and trade-offs; address complex technical challenges.
