Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions within Financial Services. This role provides hands-on technical leadership across workflows, integrations, data, security and performance for regulated servicing use cases.

You will guide architecture across delivery teams, translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, and partner with clients to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering.
• 4–6 years IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM.
• Experience leading complex ServiceNow implementations.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Driver's license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Own solution-level architectural decisions and trade-offs.
• Guide and oversee technical implementation activities across delivery teams.
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable architectures.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure delivery timelines.
