Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Architect/Manager to lead architectural design and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions for Financial Services clients. You’ll own solution architecture across workflows, integrations, data, security and performance, guiding delivery teams and partnering with customers to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of IT experience including hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM.
• Extensive experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• Proven success leading technically complex implementations.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills and teamwork.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Define architectures covering case/workflow design, integrations, data, security.
• Ensure alignment with best practices, standards and compliance.
• Own solution-level decisions and trade-offs.
• Resolve complex design and deployment challenges.
• Guide delivery teams and ensure translation of architecture into configuration and code.
• Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with CMAs, solution architects, developers and testers.
