Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Define architectures for case management, data flows, security, and integration.
• Provide hands-on leadership during design and build phases and mentor delivery teams.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the delivery lifecycle.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
