Job summary

Accenture seeks a Senior ServiceNow Architect/Technical Leader to own end-to-end solution design for enterprise clients. You will guide governance, architecture reviews, and platform strategy while mentoring developers and collaborating with account teams.

You will work with Fortune 500 clients, influence sponsors, and drive Agile delivery across complex programs with significant travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience with ServiceNow in technical architecture/lead engineer roles.
• Minimum 8 years driving enterprise IT transformation and platform strategy.
• Minimum 6 years leading ServiceNow Developers/Architects with architectural direction.
• 6+ years establishing architectural standards, code/design reviews, governance.
• 6+ years of advanced scripting on ServiceNow (JavaScript, platform APIs).
• 6+ years delivering Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe or hybrid).
• 3 ServiceNow certifications: System Administrator/CSA, Application Developer/CAD, CIS ITSM or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12 years total).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership oversight on critical ServiceNow programs at Fortune 500 clients.
• Mentor ServiceNow developers and provide technical direction.
• Influence sponsors and stakeholders with governance and risk-aware solutions.
• Continuously improve implementation methodology and service offerings.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow account teams to identify value opportunities.
• Travel as required (0–100% depending on client needs).
