Accenture is seeking a Technical Architect in its ServiceNow Business Group who will design and lead end-to-end ServiceNow solutions for large clients. You will guide architectural direction, mentor developers, and ensure governance and best practices across programs.

The role emphasizes enterprise software expertise, strong communication, and continuous learning with access to extensive training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years knowledge and experience with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience driving IT transformation & strategy planning in a high-tech consulting environment.
• Minimum of 4 years’ leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience implementing & enforcing standards (code reviews & architectural reviews).
• Minimum of 6 years' experience with advanced scripting – JavaScript, SQL.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, Wagile).
• Three ServiceNow certifications preferred (System Admin, Application Developer, ITSM).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, or 6 years if associate degree

Responsibilities

• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
• Lead and mentor teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management role.
• Ensure processes are organized and orderly to deliver reliable solutions.
• Collaborate with peers and SMEs to obtain needed support and guidance.
• Influence sponsors and stakeholders with options, risks and governance solutions.
• Provide ongoing training and certification opportunities within ServiceNow Group.
