Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 20+ years of overall IT experience with enterprise technology consulting and architecture.
- 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture, strategy, and delivery for large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs.
- Define scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Architect and guide implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
