Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Administrator to support and optimize a mature enterprise ServiceNow environment. The role focuses on ITSM and Strategic Portfolio Management, with ownership of platform stability, governance, and upcoming upgrade efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of ServiceNow administration, CSA certification, and strong stakeholder communication skills in a hybrid Fort Collins, CO environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Administration experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Strong ITSM administration experience.
• Strong Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) experience.
• ServiceNow Upgrade & Release Management expertise.
• Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flows, and Notifications.
• ACLs, Security Administration, User Roles, and Groups.
• Reporting, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
• IntegrationHub and API integration experience.
• Strong stakeholder communication and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the enterprise ServiceNow platform.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day platform administration.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, catalog items, and platform integrations.
• Support ongoing enhancements within ITSM and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and implement improvements.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, security concerns, user access requests, and performance challenges.
• Support platform upgrades, testing efforts, release management, and post-upgrade validation.
• Improve platform governance and reduce technical debt.
• Monitor platform performance, security, and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and administrative processes.
• Provide user support and training as needed.
