Job summary

Teksystems is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator with strong ITSM, CMDB and platform administration experience. This remote role supports global stakeholders and requires ITIL-aligned processes, reliable day-to-day system maintenance, and timely incident resolution.

You will configure ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge), maintain CMDB data integrity and CI relationships, manage users and access, build workflows, notifications and dashboards, and monitor health

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Good understanding of CMDB, CI relationships, and data management.
• Experience in ServiceNow administration, user management, and platform configurations.
• Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog processes.
• Understanding of ServiceNow reporting and dashboards.
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Manage and maintain CMDB data integrity and governance.
• Perform user administration, role management, group management, and access controls.
• Configure workflows, business rules, notifications, forms, and catalog items.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Support integrations and data imports where required.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational standards.
• Work closely with global stakeholders and support teams.
