Expect responsibility for upgrades, governance, and performance tuning. The role requires CSA, ITIL 4, CIS certifications aligned to platform scope, and 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead scalable administrative configurations and governance
• Drive platform upgrades, performance tuning and health initiatives
• Mentor junior administrators and review their work
• Own CMDB data quality and CI lifecycle management
• Administer Integration Hub, MID Server, and API integrations
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standards and runbooks
• Identify and reduce technical debt and platform risks
