G.E.H.A is seeking a Senior Service Management Administrator to sustain and optimize the ServiceNow platform remotely across the enterprise. You will administer the platform, implement ITSM workflows, build catalogs, and develop reports to improve service delivery and user experience.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business stakeholders, governance, and continuous improvement with a focus on CMDB, asset management, and knowledge management. Remote/hybrid options are available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, risk management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of direct ServiceNow configuration management, ITSM, or IT service management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration, workflows, scripts, integrations, and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day administration, monitoring, maintenance, and production support for the ServiceNow platform.
• Triage and resolve platform incidents, service requests, defects, access needs, user questions, and enhancements.
• Configure and maintain users, groups, roles, forms, lists, notifications, and core platform functions.
• Build and maintain Service Catalog items, workflows, reports, dashboards, and knowledge content.
• Create operational reports and dashboards to support service performance and decision making.
