Job summary

Corvant is seeking a Service Coordinator to drive operational efficiency across our Service Division. You will manage technicians’ schedules, oversee workflows, and optimize resource coordination for mission-critical environments.

You will mentor junior coordinators, resolve scheduling issues, and collaborate with service managers to forecast staffing and ensure timely, within-budget service delivery. strong customer-facing communication and process improvement will be essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in service coordination, ideally within construction, HVAC, or plumbing industries.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules and resolve delivery issues.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to mentor junior coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily dispatch of service technicians, balancing skills, availability, and location for efficient calls.
• Manage service workflows to ensure work orders are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with service managers to forecast staffing needs based on upcoming jobs and technician availability.
• Provide technicians with job details, history, and customer requirements for smooth execution.
• Assist in billing and collections activities as required and support quoting/proposal processes.
