Job summary

Vertiv Corporation is seeking a Service Coordinator to join the Scheduling and Planning group. The role focuses on scheduling, directing technicians, and ensuring execution of service activities to meet contractual requirements and maximize revenue.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with emphasis on proactive communication, planning, and high-volume task management to support customer satisfaction and service performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of field services scheduling experience preferred.
• Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong resource management skills.
• Detail-oriented and strong organization skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use general office equipment.
• General understanding of or the ability to learn UPS/Power/Battery/Thermal topology and applications.
• Experience with software scheduling tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Engineer with rescheduled PMs by updating RSCH customer notes.
• Maintain a master schedule of all CE's daily service activity/events on the Managers Board.
• Dispatch scheduled events, warranty, start-up, load banking, special testing, battery replacements, and scheduled maintenance.
• Ensure quality oriented and timely PM completions, start-ups, and service calls.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance service for all customers within the District including services provided by Service Partners (SP).
