Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to join our team and support field operations, scheduling, and customer communications. You will help maintain service quality by coordinating calls, dispatching technicians, and managing work orders with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.
• Basic financial knowledge (AR/AP, POs, WOs).
• Solid organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls including service dispatch, tracking and scheduling of calls.
• Create and dispatch work orders in iCare for scheduled maintenance and service.
• Attend planning sessions and perform weekly time sheet data entry.
• Monitor subcontractor pricing and process invoicing.
