Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule customer service calls and coordinate labor with technicians.
• Communicate action plans and services to customers and ensure expectations are met.
• Debrief daily and keep technicians on schedule; follow up as needed.
• Maintain customer account information in NxGen for call management.
• Handle parts ordering/PO creation support and time/expense reporting.
• Attend planning/scheduling meetings and support other admin tasks.
