Job summary

Byrne & Jones Construction is seeking a seasoned outside sales professional to lead growth across Southern Illinois and Southeast Missouri. This remote role offers a high-earning, uncapped commission plan with a base pay starting point.

You will manage a full sales cycle, build credibility with end users and executives, and close complex B2B deals while traveling 50–60% of the time. Grow an established territory, prospect consistently, and expand the pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex B2B deals.
• Credibility with end users, executives, elected boards, and design professionals.
• Ideally design-build, sports surfacing, turf, or parks sales; strong time management and CRM habits while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Grow an established territory, prospect consistently, and expand the pipeline.
• Full sales cycle. Design-build value. Lead pursuit teams with Estimating, Design, and Operations through RFQs, RFPs, and public bids.
• Sales goals. Meet and exceed annual targets, with an accurate CRM pipeline and forecast.
• Stay connected through delivery and turn completed projects into referrals and repeat work.
