Byrne & Jones Construction in the Midwest seeks an accomplished outside sales professional to lead growth across Southern Illinois and Southeast Missouri. This remote, high-performing territory offers an uncapped commission plan; the base is only the starting point, with top performers earning well beyond it.

You will own the full sales cycle, lead pursuit with Estimating, Design, and Operations through RFQs, RFPs, and public bids, and maintain a strong CRM pipeline to hit annual targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex B2B deals.
• Strong credibility with end users, executives, and design professionals.
• Ability to manage remote territory and multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth across Southern Illinois and Southeast Missouri.
• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close; coordinate with Estimating, Design, and Operations through RFQs/RFPs and bids.
• Maintain and grow a robust CRM pipeline to hit annual targets and forecast accurately.
• Turn completed projects into referrals and repeat work.
