Byrne & Jones Construction is seeking a seasoned outside sales professional to lead growth across Southern Illinois and Southeast Missouri. This remote role offers an uncapped commission plan with a base of $55,000–$80,000, and responsibilities spanning prospecting, early positioning, and full sales cycle from qualification to close.

You will present to athletic directors, parks directors, superintendents, and boards, leveraging design-build value with one accountable team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing complex B2B deals.
• Track record of quota attainment and closing multi-million-dollar deals.
• Credibility with end users, executives, boards, and design professionals.

Responsibilities

• Grow an established territory and expand the pipeline.
• Engage on bond issues, capital plans, and park master plans before RFPs.
• Qualify, pursue, propose, negotiate, and close deals; maintain CRM pipeline and forecast.
