Safe Industries seeks a Service Manager to lead daily service operations, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure profitability across office, shop, and field environments.

You will supervise staff, plan workloads, review work orders, and monitor KPIs while upholding company values, safety standards, and professional conduct.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in service or operations leadership.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of service operations, scheduling, and performance management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and company systems.
• Ability to interpret financial reports and manage performance to goals.

• Provide overall leadership and supervision of service operations and staff.
• Plan, assign, and oversee daily service activities and workloads.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and manufacturer requirements.
• Lead customer interactions and ensure service quality and satisfaction.
• Review service work orders and invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor productivity, revenue, gross margin, and service KPIs.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility and work environment.
• Support business development, customer retention, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Serve as acting leader in the absence of assistant or regional leadership as assigned.
