Elite Material Handling LLC is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to serve as the on-site operations leader for an assigned market, overseeing daily execution, service excellence, safety, and financial performance. You will enforce policies, drive productivity, and partner with Finance and Sales to align staffing and capacity with commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• Minimum of five years of progressive operations experience in a service-oriented or branch-based environment.
• Proven background in operational finance, KPI and metric management, and performance accountability.
• Demonstrated leadership experience at the senior operations level or across multiple functional areas.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and other business partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with operational/ERP systems.
