Job summary

Accelera is seeking an accomplished Service Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering exceptional service, profitability, and operational excellence across installation projects.

You will coach staff, optimize resources, ensure OSHA compliance, and partner with customers to grow service opportunities while overseeing P&L and budgeting. Travel to job sites as needed to support field teams and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the door and glass installation industry.
• 5+ years of leadership with full P&L oversight.
• Strong budgeting and performance analytics skills.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and develop cross-functional teams.
• Expertise with power tools and mechanical applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service center operations focusing on resources, productivity, and cost-efficiency.
• Coach staff, manage performance, and develop talent in a collaborative environment.
• Implement continuous improvement to streamline workflows and service quality.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and regulatory compliance for a safe workplace.
• Drive growth by managing customer relationships and service expansion opportunities.
• Utilize door and glass installation expertise to troubleshoot issues and support field teams.
• Manage P&L, including budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting.
