Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions in Houston seeks a Senior Service Manager to lead a service and back-office team, drive high customer satisfaction, and own the Division's service performance amid rapid growth.

You will supervise technicians and coordinators, manage scheduling, billing, and safety, align with sales and installation, and develop a high-performance culture with strong financial discipline.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in a service manager role within fire detection, protection, or security environments.
• Strong communication to diverse stakeholders, including leadership, staff, customers and vendors.
• Proven leadership with ability to attract, develop, grow and retain a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service department of the assigned Division.
• Supervise and develop branch associates, including technicians and dispatchers.
• Schedule, execute, bill, and complete service, warranty, and emergency jobs.
• Manage the departmental budget and meet revenue and gross margin targets.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and cash collections; communicate with customers and vendors.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety initiatives.
