Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in customer service or related field in the fire and life safety industry.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Remain calm under pressure and motivate others to achieve service goals.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train assigned team members and participate in performance reviews.
• Track and quote deficiencies, manage on-call and vacation schedules, and coordinate subcontractors.
• Oversee day-to-day service operations to meet company standards and contract obligations.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate and timely billings for customers.
• Support monitoring, emergency response, and service requests in line with service contracts.
