RoviSys Building Technologies is seeking a Lead Service Engineer or Specialist to provide service and support for customer control systems, ensuring SLAs are met. The role involves on-site and remote coordination, troubleshooting, and system optimization across HVAC and building automation platforms.

The position emphasizes customer interaction, field testing, and documentation while enabling growth through ongoing training and certifications. Occasional travel is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or similar engineering field or equivalent industry experience.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems found within customer environments.
• 3+ years of experience in at least one applicable controls platform (e.g., Niagara/Metasys/RS Logix).
• Knowledge of Kepware OPC server, ThinManager and VMware preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and software updates of control systems.
• Identify and address system malfunctions or inefficiencies.
• Implement system upgrades and enhancements to improve efficiency and performance.
• Monitor service channels (phone, email, chat, ticketing) and track KPIs.
• Respond promptly to incidents to maintain SLAs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve critical incidents quickly.
