Job summary

RoviSys Building Technologies seeks a Service Engineer to deliver proactive service and support to customers, focusing on maintaining SLAs and enhancing control systems. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, configure HMI screens, and contribute to system testing and commissioning at client sites.

The role requires travel to customer facilities, on-call rotation, and collaboration with technical teams to resolve incidents quickly.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or similar engineering track or equivalent industry experience.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in customer environments.
• Experience with controls platforms such as Tridium Niagara N4, Distech BACnet/LON, Metasys, and RS Logix/Studio 5000.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and support to customers to maintain SLAs.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and upgrade control systems and software.
• Assist with system design, configuration, and field start-up activities.
• Support sales teams and maintain customer relationships.
