Job summary

RoviSys is seeking a Service Engineer/Specialist to deliver service and support for customer control systems, including diagnostics, maintenance, and software updates. The role emphasizes leading service efforts, collaborating with technical teams, and maintaining SLAs across customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in customer environments
• Knowledge of multiple controls platforms listed in tools section
• HVAC systems understanding and instrumentation knowledge beneficial

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and software updates on control systems
• Identify and address malfunctions to maintain SLAs
• Assist with design reviews and system configuration at customer sites
• Configure HMI screens, networks, and control algorithms
• Onsite startup and commissioning of projects with customer collaboration
• Provide technical support during customer demonstrations and acceptance testing
• Travel to customer sites for maintenance and installations
• Support sales teams with technical expertise when needed
• Maintain service metrics and incident reports
