RoviSys Building Technologies is seeking a Service Engineer/Specialist to deliver service and support to customers, maintaining service level agreements. The role involves troubleshooting, equipment calibration, and field testing of control systems, with significant travel to client sites and on-site startup activities.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or similar engineering field or equivalent industry experience.
Demonstrated understanding of at least one applicable controls platform.

Responsibilities

Provide service and support to customers to maintain SLAs; direct customer interaction and reporting.
Troubleshoot hardware/software, calibrate instrumentation, and maintain control systems.
