Job summary

RoviSys Company is seeking a Lead Service Engineer or Specialist to deliver ongoing service and support for customer control systems. The role emphasizes maintaining SLAs, troubleshooting hardware and software, and leading service efforts both remotely and on-site.

You will collaborate with technical teams, perform field testing, calibration, and documentation, while supporting project design, commissioning, and customer demonstrations at various sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or similar engineering field or equivalent industry experience.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in customer environments.
• 3+ years of experience on at least one controls platform (listed above).

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and software updates of control systems.
• Identify and address system malfunctions or inefficiencies.
• Implement system upgrades and enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Monitor service channels (phone, email, chat, tickets) and KPIs to identify trends.
• Respond to incidents promptly to maintain SLAs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve critical incidents quickly.
• Support project design reviews, development systems, and user interfaces at customer sites.
• Assist onsite startup activities and client demonstrations.
