Job summary

RoviSys is seeking a Lead Service Engineer or Specialist to provide service and support to customers, manage SLAs, and drive incident resolution across control systems. This role requires direct customer interaction, field testing, calibration, documentation, and reporting.

You will lead service efforts, troubleshoot hardware and software, program controllers, configure graphics and HMI, and document procedures to ensure reliable operation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years with one or more controls platforms (Tridium Niagara N4, Distech BACnet/LON, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Rockwell).
• Knowledge of Kepware, ThinManager, VMware preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and software updates of control systems.
• Identify and address system malfunctions or inefficiencies.
• Implement system upgrades and enhancements to improve efficiency and performance.
• Monitor service channels (phone, email, chat, tickets) and track KPIs.
• Respond promptly to incidents to maintain SLAs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve critical incidents.
