You will lead discovery, translate insights, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fully remote capacity. Initially supporting programs for the Department of Veterans Affairs, the role demands

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in service design, UX design, or a related discipline.
• Ability to lead complex service design engagements.
• Proven track record delivering high-impact projects for clients and users.
• Strong research and analytical skills to synthesize insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence senior leaders.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, data, and research teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional service design engagements.
• Apply mixed-method research to understand user needs and processes.
• Translate findings into actionable service improvements and strategies.
• Map relationships between people, processes, technology, and organizations.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, researchers to define problems and solutions.
