Job summary

EY's Security Technology Services (STS) Lab seeks a Service Manager at the Assistant Director level to own the lab's priorities, budget, and operating cadence. You will define the lab service portfolio, manage intake and prioritization, and shape the roadmap while coordinating with IAM, Defender XDR, Sentinel, Purview, and Zscaler to ensure the lab is well-governed and funded.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Product Management, Program Management, or Security Engineering leadership roles.
• Experience as single accountable owner for a technology service, platform, or engineering program.
• Proven ability to design and manage intake and prioritization processes in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Strong financial governance: budget tracking, cost allocation, funding requests, variance reporting.
• Experience delivering executive-level reporting and dashboards on service health, roadmap status, and financial performance.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and subscription cost management as a governance owner.

Responsibilities

• Own lab service catalog as product owner; define scope, status, and value for stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end intake for lab requests and prioritize accordingly.
• Develop and maintain the lab roadmap across engineering and operational workstreams.
• Own budget, track spend, and report financial health to leadership.
• Design and deliver regular reporting on lab performance and capacity utilization.
• Escalate issues and manage stakeholder concerns with clear communication.
