Job summary

EY's Security Technology Services (STS) Lab is the innovation engine behind EY's cybersecurity platform. As the STS Lab Service Manager at the Assistant Director level, you will own the lab's portfolio, budget, and operating cadence, shaping the roadmap and funding governance while coordinating with global teams.

You will govern intake, prioritization, and performance reporting, escalate issues, and partner with IAM, Defender XDR, Sentinel, Purview, and Zscaler to ensure the lab delivers secure,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Product Management, Program Management, or Security Engineering leadership roles.
• Single accountable owner for a technology service, platform, or engineering program including budget, roadmap, and stakeholder reporting.
• Design and manage intake and prioritization processes in a fast-paced technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Own STS Lab service catalog as product owner; define, communicate scope, status and value to stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end intake process for lab requests; apply prioritization to align demand with capacity and objectives.
• Develop and maintain the STS Lab roadmap across engineering, tooling, and operations.
• Own the lab budget: track spend, allocate costs, prepare funding requests, report financial health to leadership.
• Design and deliver regular reporting on lab performance, capacity, and roadmap progress for governance bodies.
• Serve as primary escalation path for lab issues; resolve conflicts and communicate updates.
• Establish the lab's operating cadence: stand-ups, sprint planning, steering reviews, briefings.
• Coordinate with vendors during evaluations and POC phases; manage vendor relationships and SLAs.
• Build relationships with IAM, Defender/Sentinel, Purview, and Endpoint Security SMEs to meet needs of the security org.
• Ensure governance and compliance with EY standards and change processes; maintain audit-ready docs.
