Job summary

EY’s Security Technology Services (STS) Lab seeks a Service Manager at the Assistant Director level to own the lab’s priorities, budget, and operating cadence. You’ll define and manage the service catalog, intake and prioritization, and roadmap, working with IAM, Defender XDR, Sentinel, and cross-functional SMEs to ensure a well-governed, funded engineering platform.

You will partner with STS Lab Lead and leadership to align governance practices, communicate value, and drive stakeholder

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Product Management, Program Management, or Security Engineering leadership roles.
Demonstrated experience in governance, budgeting, and roadmapping for engineering services.

Responsibilities

Act as product owner for the STS Lab service catalog and manage scope, status, and value for stakeholders.
Own end-to-end intake and prioritization for lab requests to align demand with capacity.
Develop and maintain the STS Lab roadmap across engineering and tooling.
Own the lab budget, track spend, and report financial health to leadership.
Design and deliver regular reporting on lab performance and roadmap progress.
Serve as primary escalation path for lab issues and blockers.
