Job summary

EY's Security Technology Services (STS) Lab seeks an STS Lab Service Manager (Assistant Director level) to own the lab's priorities, budget, and operating cadence. You'll shape the service portfolio, manage intake, and govern funding across Azure and security tooling, partnering with IAM and Defender/Sentinel teams.

This is a newly created role focusing on scalable governance, clear stakeholder reporting, and a well‑funded engineering platform within EY's global security organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT service management, product or program management with budget ownership.
• Ability to design intake and prioritization processes in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Strong governance skills: budgeting, cost allocation, funding requests, variance reporting.
• Experience delivering executive dashboards on service health and roadmap status.

Responsibilities

• Own the STS Lab service catalog and communicate scope, status, and value to leadership.
• Lead end-to-end intake for lab requests and apply prioritization frameworks.
• Develop and maintain the STS Lab roadmap across engineering and operations.
• Own budget tracking, funding requests, and reporting financial health to leadership.
• Design regular governance reporting and KPI dashboards for stakeholders.
• Escalation path for lab issues and blockers; coordinate resolution and communication.
• Establish and manage the lab's operating cadence including stand-ups and reviews.
• Coordinate with vendors during evaluations and manage SLAs and procurement.
