Job summary

EY's Security Technology Services (STS) Lab seeks a Service Manager at the Assistant Director level to own the lab's priorities, budget, and operating cadence. You will define the service portfolio, manage intake, shape the roadmap, and serve as the main escalation point for senior stakeholders in a globally distributed security organization.

The role requires 7+ years in IT/PM/Engineering leadership, strong governance skills, and experience with Azure and ITSM tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Product Management, Program Management, or Security Engineering leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the STS Lab service catalog and define scope, status and value for internal stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end intake for lab requests, applying prioritization frameworks to align demand with capacity.
• Develop and maintain the STS Lab roadmap across engineering, tooling and operations.
• Own lab budget: track spend, allocate costs across Azure subscriptions and tool licensing.
• Design and deliver regular governance dashboards on lab performance and roadmap progress.
• Serve as primary escalation point for lab issues and stakeholder concerns.
• Establish and manage the lab's operating cadence including stand-ups, sprints and reviews.
• Coordinate with vendors during evaluations and POC phases, managing SLAs and procurement as needed.
• Collaborate with IAM, Defender/Sentinel, Purview, Entra ID, Zscaler/Edge and Endpoint Security SMEs.
• Ensure governance and compliance with EY standards and audit-ready documentation.
