Worldwide TechServices, LLC seeks a Dynamic Server Support specialist to troubleshoot and repair client products, perform desktop and server troubleshooting, and engage with clients to resolve issues promptly. The role involves travel to client sites and adherence to service level agreements.

The candidate should have a technical school certification or equivalent with 0–2 years experience in customer service, and maintain OEM certifications.

Formación

• Technical school certification or equivalent; 0-2 years experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks and real-time reporting for each call.
• Follow policies and documents related to service delivery for each client.
• Ensure asset and inventory control through prompt turnaround of parts.
• Report all activity accurately and timely.
• Understand and follow safety policies and guidelines.
