Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic Server Support technician to provide on-site and remote client support for desktops, laptops, and servers. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, deliver timely service calls, and document all activity in accordance with client SLAs.

The role requires 0–2 years of related experience, a technical school certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to customer locations, including long distances and occasional overnight

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain all OEM Certifications as directed by Management.
• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established SLAs.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined by guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks associated with each call as documented.
• Real-time reporting of all calls as documented.
• Follow policies relating to successful delivery of service for each client.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts.
• Report all activity accurately and timely.
• Understand safety policies and work within guidelines.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
