Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic Server Support specialist to repair and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, ESF, and servers. You will interact with clients to address technical issues and respond promptly, delivering service in accordance with client SLAs.

The role requires 0-2 years in a technical field and a technical school certification, with opportunities to maintain OEM certifications and advance through hands-on field work and travel across client sites.

Qualifications

• /Technical school certification or equivalent (0-2 years of relevant experience)
• /Customer service experience is a plus
• /Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established SLA
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria
• Complete administrative tasks for each call
• Real-time reporting of all calls
• Follow policies for service delivery
• Ensure asset/inventory control and prompt parts turnaround
• Report activity accurately and timely
• Follow safety policies and guidelines
• Other duties as assigned to meet business needs
