Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment
• Answer client questions in a professional manner
• Accept and deliver all service calls within SLAs
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines
• Complete administrative tasks and real-time reporting
• Follow policies and ensure asset/inventory control
• Report activity accurately and timely
• Adhere to safety policies and work within guidelines
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed
