• 0-2 years of relevant experience is typical.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the defined SLA for each client.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call per guidelines.
• Document real-time reporting of all calls as required by policy.
• Follow established policies and guidelines for service delivery.
• Ensure asset and inventory control with prompt turnaround of parts and equipment.
• Report activity accurately and timely.
