Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic Server Support specialist to perform repair and troubleshooting on desktops, laptops, ESF, and servers. You will interact with clients to resolve issues promptly and accurately while meeting service levels.

Responsibilities include providing on-site customer support, logging calls, updating real-time reports, and following established policies. Candidates should have technical school certification or equivalent and be able to travel to client

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; client service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the client SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call.
• Report activity in a timely and accurate manner.
• Drive to client locations and perform on-site repairs.
• Assist with asset/inventory control and parts turnaround as required.
