Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Microelectronics, Chemistry, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience or semiconductor equipment sales experience.
• Good English communication skills.
• FAB/OEM related experience in manufacturing or sales is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve annual sales, margin (within cost control) and collection targets; strive to exceed.
• Visit customers and build close relationships; record information in the company database promptly.
• Understand customer needs and provide fast, high-quality support.
• Enforce company and department price and discount policies.
• Promote the department's sales plans and track new products, applications, and customers.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork across the whole department.
