Job summary

Nextgen Technologies Inc is seeking a Sales Director to drive growth in semiconductor equipment through market development, customer relationships, and new business generation. You will manage key accounts, lead high-value negotiations, and work with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.

The role requires hands-on involvement in wafer demonstrations, JDP/JEP activities, tool demonstrations, pricing, and quotations, with a focus on strategic customers and large fabs.

Qualifications

• Direct semiconductor equipment sales experience as core requirement.
• Intel account experience highly preferred for strategic/key customer focus.
• Major account management experience with large semiconductor manufacturers/fabs.
• Technical sales capability to discuss semiconductor tools, specs, and pricing.
• Business development experience with generating new opportunities and expanding accounts.
• Senior sales leadership experience including forecasting, targets, strategy, negotiations, and revenue responsibility.

Responsibilities
