DSJ Global is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer for a leading semiconductor test and automation technology company in San Jose. You will manage strategic customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and act as a trusted technical and business advisor across global accounts.

This role requires 5+ years in capital equipment sales or related tech markets, deep knowledge of semiconductor test/ATE, and a proven ability to navigate long sales cycles while collaborating with engineering,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in capital equipment sales or related tech markets.
• Strong knowledge of Semiconductor Test/ATE technologies.
• Proven track record in managing long sales cycles and design-in engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow revenue across strategic customer accounts.
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities within territories.
• Serve as trusted advisor aligning solutions with customer objectives.
• Lead full sales cycle: forecasting, quoting, negotiation, order booking.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management and marketing teams.
