Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a WW Partner GTM Specialist for Semantic Data to drive joint go-to-market with ISVs and Consulting partners building semantic data layers, AI-ready data infrastructure, and autonomous agent frameworks.

You will shape partner strategies, influence AWS product direction, and help partners transform their business models for the AI and Data era through scalable enablement programs and strategic collaboration with service teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 3+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
• Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AWS Data partners, helping them envision and implement Semantic data solutions that support autonomous agents and deliver customer value.
• Drive strategic initiatives to accelerate Semantic data and agentic adoption with core partners.
• Develop and execute partner strategies that scale data-based solutions and use cases.
• Build and manage programs for partner enablement, certification, and funding focused on agent technologies.
• Analyze market trends and gather partner/customer feedback to inform Semantic data strategy.
• Create scalable frameworks that enable partners to build and deploy agent-based solutions.
• Collaborate with AWS service teams to align partner requirements with product development.
• Lead the development of partner-ready go-to-market content, resources, and activities.
