Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
• 3+ years in Go‑To‑Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• 3+ years working with Data & AI related technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage).
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience developing strategies influencing leadership decisions.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AWS Data partners to envision and implement semantic data solutions and autonomous agents delivering customer value.
• Drive strategic initiatives to accelerate semantic data and agentic adoption with strategic partners.
• Develop and execute comprehensive partner strategies that scale data-based solutions and use cases.
• Build and manage programs for partner enablement, certification, and funding focused on agent tech.
• Analyze market trends and gather feedback to inform semantic data strategy.
• Create scalable frameworks enabling partners to deploy agent-based solutions.
• Collaborate with AWS service teams to align partner requirements with product development.
• Lead development of partner-ready go-to-market content, resources, and activities.
