Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior AWS Data & AI Partner GTM Specialist to drive joint go-to-market with ISVs and consulting partners. You will shape data strategies, AI-ready data infrastructures, and autonomous agent frameworks that scale globally.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives across data, AI, and partner programs, collaborating with service teams and leadership. This role sits at the heart of transforming how partners leverage AWS data and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

5+ years in Go-To-Market, business development, sales, or consulting.
5+ years with Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, Analytics, Databases, Storage).
Experience managing cross-functional programs and influencing leadership.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with AWS Data partners to envision and implement semantic data solutions for autonomous agents.
Drive strategic initiatives to accelerate semantic data and agent adoption with key partners.
Develop and execute partner strategies that scale data-based solutions and use cases.
Build and manage partner enablement, certification, and funding programs for agent technologies.
Analyze market trends and partner feedback to inform semantic data strategy.
Create scalable frameworks to help partners deploy agent-based solutions.
Coordinate with AWS service teams to align partner needs with product development.
