Job summary

The Shield Co. Management, LLC seeks a Senior Specialist Paid Search to own day-to-day management of high-volume Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, targeting profitability and CAC goals.

You will rebuild account structures for an AI‑driven platform era and help vet and onboard advertising and MarTech vendors. This hands-on role partners with the National Inside Sales team and analytics to improve ROAS, run structured tests, and forecast spend.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid search experience
• Experience creating, managing, and optimizing local focused digital marketing campaigns
• Deep, current knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including AI features
• Experience vetting, piloting, and onboarding advertising or MarTech vendors
• Strong analytical skills: Excel and reporting tools
• A builder mentality: able to rebuild accounts and processes from basic to sophisticated

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads portfolios at high volume, against profitability and CAC targets
• Account architecture: rebuilding campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and assets for scale
• Bidding strategy: smart bidding driven by offline conversions to optimize for sold subscriptions
• Use of newest Google/Microsoft capabilities (Performance Max, AI campaigns)
• Structured testing: bid strategy experiments, tests, documentation of wins
• Vendor evaluation: vet, pilot, onboard advertising and MarTech vendors with clear recommendations
• Budget pacing and forecasting for the search channel with weekly spend reports
• Conversion tracking integrity with analytics team, including call tracking
