Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Senior Specialist Paid Search (SEM) to own the day-to-day management of high-volume Google Ads and Microsoft Ads programs. You will rebuild account structures for scale, implement smart bidding, and drive profitability targets across CAC and CPL.

You will work with AI-powered campaign features, test rigor, and coordinate with Local Services Ads. A strong analytics mindset and vendor onboarding experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid search experience building and managing profitable, high-volume programs.
• Experience creating, managing, and optimizing local focused digital marketing campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including newest campaign types and AI features.
• Experience vetting, piloting, and onboarding advertising or MarTech vendors.
• Strong analytical skills: proficient in Excel and reporting tools; rigorous in test design.
• Builder mentality: able to rebuild accounts and processes from a basic state to a sophisticated one.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads portfolios at high volume with profitability targets.
• Rebuild account structures for scale and modern platform usage.
• Implement smart bidding using offline conversion values to optimize CAC and subscriptions.
• Leverage Performance Max and AI-powered campaigns; coordinate with Local Services Ads.
• Conduct structured testing and document winners and learnings.
• Evaluate and onboard advertising and MarTech vendors with clear recommendations.
• Forecast budget pacing and provide weekly spend, CPL, CAC, and ROAS reports.
• Ensure conversion tracking integrity in partnership with analytics, including call tracking.
